Selva  is suggesting you a walk to discover an unusual side of “Via dei Pellegrini” to enjoy the mystic charm of the Tuscan countryside.

The walk will start from Selva and proceed through glimpses of Tuscan countryside and shady woods rich in biodiversity. It will soon reconnect you with the ancient route of Via Francigena, crossed by the famous Canterbury Archbishop, Sigerico, more than 10 centuries ago. When reached Via Francigena you will be able to enjoy the amazing views that characterize the area and then be ready to get to the suggestive Romanic Pieve of Coiano. After its visit you will re-start your walk along a country lane immersed in the groves which will bring you back to Selva.
