Selva will lead you to the places in which Leonardo da Vinci lived and was inspired in his Genius

The guided tour will start from the central square of Vinci. From there you will discover the main events of Leonardo’s childhood, happened during the period he spent with his Grandparents, and realize how much those experiences impacted his future creativity. You will then visit the town and the two sites of Leonardo da Vinci’s Museum, dedicated to a whole series of models reconstructed on the basis of Leonardo’s drawings. After the museum you will see the church and the baptismal font, where Leonardo was baptized in 1452. If you like it, you could also decide to reach the birthplace of Leonardo, the House of Anchiano, 2 km away from Vinci center, walking through the Montalbano hundred-year-old olive trees or driving along the main road.
